Terms and conditions of nomination

1- Non-profit organizations, institutions and volunteer teams must be registered with the competent authority in the country in which they practice the activity.
2- It is not permissible to submit more than one nomination from the entity.
3- The cash value presented to the winners must be directed to support the volunteer activities.
4- The project must be voluntary and in line with sustainable development plans and standards.
5- If the project has received previous awards and honors, they must be clarified in the application form.
6- Voluntary work must be licensed by the competent authorities.
7- The project and its attachments must not contain any information contrary to the recognized ethical values and the laws of the state.
8- The items presented to participate in the Insignia must not be returned in all cases.
9- Associations, civil institutions, official volunteer teams and individuals can apply for the Insignia award.
10- The committee has the right to exclude any project that violates the terms and conditions of the arbitration.
11- It will not be allowed to change or replace project information after its submission.
12 - No project will be accepted after the end of the period allowed for submission.
13- The participant must provide an overview of the project through a short video, not exceeding 4 minutes, explaining the following:
- Project Idea.
- The beneficiaries of the project.
- Project details and mechanisms.
- What supports the clarification of the project.
-The video should be limited to presenting practical project activities on the ground.
