Dr. Issa Al-Ansari: A joint vision between the Foundation and the Arab Voluntary Union to support pioneering projects

Dr. Issa bin Hassan Al-Ansari, Secretary-General of the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd GLOBAL FOUNDATION, confirmed that the Foundation is keen to serve comprehensive community development issues in various fields and at all levels, by intensifying efforts in developing and innovating quality initiatives and programs, most notably the launch of the necklace in cooperation with the Arab Volunteer Union. Both sides believe in the importance of the role of voluntary work in determining the nature of developmental problems in the world and proposing appropriate solutions to apply in the targeted communities, especially since volunteering is one of the main factors on which developed societies are based at present.

Dr. Al-Ansari, also praised with the cooperation between the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd GLOBAL FOUNDATION and the Arab Voluntary Union in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which aims towards achieving a common strategic vision and goals to promote volunteer and humanitarian work and social responsibility all over the world, stressing that the Foundation will continue to support all volunteer initiatives and projects, and support volunteers and encourage them to Continuing innovation and creativity in volunteer work and developing it.

From his side, Mr. Hassan Buhaza, President of the Arab Voluntary Union, praised the cooperation between the Union and the PRINCE MOHAMMAD BIN FAHD GLOBAL FOUNDATION, which resulted in the launch of the necklace in four copies in a row, indicating that the foundation paid special attention to the necklace, which contributed to its development.

Buhaza said: "The award of the PRINCE MOHAMMAD BIN FAHD GLOBAL FOUNDATION for the best volunteer work, today occupies a distinguished position among the volunteer work awards in the world, through its prominent role in enhancing cooperation between governments, civil organizations, and individuals in supporting voluntary projects that are compatible with plans of development that meets societal needs.

He continued, saying: "What distinguishes the necklace is the continuous development of its mechanisms to cope with various circumstances and to match the latest requirements, through specific conditions related to creativity, innovation, and the investment of technology in spreading the culture of volunteer work and benefiting from social media to promote projects to attract support to achieve a basic goal, which is to contribute to Develop volunteer work in the world.

He added: "The necklace also includes many qualified and experienced arbitrators from more than one Arab and international country, in addition to increasing the number of fields and linking them to the sustainable development goals set by the United Nations. We sought through the fourth edition of this year to maintain and enhance this position by Creating channels of communication with the various authorities concerned with volunteering and strengthening the principle of effective partnership with organizations, bodies, institutions, civil associations, and volunteer teams, and encouraging them to support government efforts in light of the changes the world is witnessing.

Buhazaa pointed out that there is a complete agreement between the Arab Voluntary Union and the PRINCE MOHAMMAD BIN FAHD GLOBAL FOUNDATION to support the pioneering projects and programs undertaken by civil society organizations, government institutions, and volunteer teams and provide them with a positive climate for more creativity and innovation and benefit from best practices and experiences in this field.
